The LP system works, Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top function. The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. The water system works on city water, the water pump was removed prior to our purchase at the RV auction. The water system functions as it should on city water. If you want to dry camp, you will need a water pump installed, typically around $225 for a cheap pump installed. The fridge works on LP gas or electric. If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. The 30 amp twist lock power cord was missing, so we used one of our power cords to check it out. Typically, a new 30amp twist lock is $90. 2 tires are 2015 and 2 tires are2017 The electric awning works, the material has one small hole.
