The LP system works, Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top function. The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. The water system works. The fridge works on LP gas or electric. If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. The 30 amp twist lock power cord was missing, so we used one of our power cords to check it out. Typically, a new 30amp twist lock is $90. Tires are 2014 The LP tanks were missing so we used one of our tanks to check the LP system. For the buy it now price of $11999 we would include one new tire, a power cord and LP tanks, any other price, not included. If you purchase this item on an ebay auction, then the following conditions would apply:. The $500 down payment is due as soon as the auction is over.
