Vehicle description
All original, second owner, very straight, solid running truck. I purchased from original owner in 2008 who bought it new at Greenville Dodge dealership in Greenville, SC. Truck has never been out of state. Original owner drove it daily until 2000 and had it serviced regularly at local service station. Truck is mechanically sound driving condition with some typical rust as shown in photos.
Since I acquired the truck, I have rebuilt the starter, installed new brakes, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, new clutch, new spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, rotor button, points, new voltage regulator, new thermostat, new radiator and hoses, new fan belt, new water pump, new fuel pump, new carburetor, valve job. Truck runs smooth and pushes 45 psi oil pressure at cruise rpm, 25 psi at idle.
I had planned to install a V8 and the original radiator was bad so I converted to a new 26" 3-core for a big-block. I also installed some after-market accessory gauges. I have the original wheel, but currently running late-model jeep wheels. Also have brand new gaskets for doors, windshield, rear glass.
