Up for sale is this low mileage (holy-grail) 1997 GMC Yukon GT 2-door! This Yukon GT is in clean condition and has a Dark Cherry Metallic exterior with Grey interior. This vehicle has just 60k miles (which is extremely low for this year and engine) and it runs and drives fantastically. This is a really nice, clean, well maintained Yukon GT and the rarest example for sale anywhere! I have taken 200 high quality photos and a full-length video of this GMC so you can see what exactly it is that you are bidding on. You will never find another one with lower mileage and as loaded up as this vehicle! This Yukon GT is super rare because it was the last year that GMC made the 2-door Yukon and the GT trim was the top-of-the-line trim package. This Yukon GT also has the rare and desirable rear barn-door option! Most of these GT"s came with the rear liftgate. This is also the fuel injected version with the 5.7 liter V8. The earlier versions were carbureted and had much lower horsepower. You will not find another like this. This is the holy grail for Yukon and Suburban collectors and it comes with only 60,000 miles! Most of these trucks are well into the 200k mileage range.
This vehicle was very well taken cared of and it shows. This vehicle has been in the same family since new. The original owner passed away in 2014 and his wife titled it in her name afterwards. When she became older, the vehicle was then passed down to their oldest son in 2019. The family always maintained and serviced the vehicle and was always garage kept. The Autocheck report shows an accident earlier this year, when someone backed into the Yukon in a parking lot. No damage was done but a police report was filed by the owner. The paint and all the body panels on this vehicle are original and this vehicle has no aftermarket modifications with the exception of a Tekonsha brake controller being installed years ago.
