WOW! ! ANOTHER Roush Honda “NO RESERVE” auction for a “mechanic’s special” Civic. This 2004 Civic sedan has UNBELIEVEABLY LOW MILEAGE for a 2004 at 70,206 and is super clean. We didn’t even send it through our clean up shop – just washed the outside and took some pictures. As you will see, BOTH rear wheel brake cylinders are leaking and need to be replaced. The shoes should be replaced as well since they’re probably soaked in brake fluid. Normally, we’d replace the brake lines on a vehicle this age but these appear to be rust-free. We have close-up photos of the retainers (where they normally rust) for you to inspect and make your own decision. There"s a few rust bubbles we"ve highlighted plus the deck lid and quarter panel have peeling paint. Otherwise it has a "clean" AutoCheck, the air-conditioning blows nice and cold, the engine fires right up and runs smoothly. It"s an “all systems go” car – EXCEPT it won’t stop.
