This Viper is in incredible shape. It has been garage kept for the entire time I have owned it, and the previous owner also kept it garaged. It has never seen snow, or rain, while under my ownership. There is no rust on the body, or undercarriage of this vehicle. The paint is a 9/10. All power windows and locks work perfectly. The engine is strong and doesn"t knock or tick. The clutch and transmission are smooth. The car recently passed a NY state inspection (which is notoriously critical). This Viper comes with a brand new battery. The lien reported on the Carfax has been paid in full.
This Viper has the following appropriate upgrades: -Corsa Sport Cat-back Exhaust (reduces heat in the cabin and sounds great)
-Upgraded Posi-Traction Limited Slip Differential with new 3.55 rear gears (the 2003 model year originally had "spider gears" in the differential, which was a weak point of this model. The 2003 model came equipped with a 3.07 rear gear ratio, which was changed to 3.55 in later years to shorten 1st gear and increase acceleration. This upgrade really wakes up the Viper.)
-Strengthened rear axles to mate to the upgraded differential. -SCT tuned to account for the new gears and cat-back exhaust -The wheels were professionally powder coated to a gloss gunmetal finish
This Viper has the following negatives: -The rear window (plastic) has minor creases from being folded with the convertible top over the course of its life (This is pictured, and typical of convertible soft tops).
-The rear tires are about halfway through their lifespan. -The trunk struts are weak. They work to hold up the trunk, but not for extended periods of time.
