Vehicle description

CMC 4500 Topkick with DuraMax Diesel engine, 84,000 miles, original owner, never any mechanical issues, no accidents, pipe rack with stainless steel cross bars and swing out rear bar, Harbor Utility Body, custom hitch receiver, air compressor, solid aluminum Alcoa wheels (not simulators) and clear title in-hand. Interior upholstery as shown has seat covers that were installed when truck was new, so would I would expect seats under the covers to look like new.
Vehicle has no known issues and will be sold as is with no implied warranty of any kind. Service records are available. Perspective owner can take to any local dealership for inspection if desired, but must leave valid driver"s license with Seller until return.
Only reason this truck is being sold is because we are located in the most unfriendly business state in the country that has notified us that they will not renew our registration due to CARB restrictions. If you live in California, consider leaving. If you don"t, feel very fortunate.
CARB stands for "California Air Resources Board". They are a California Government agency that believes in burdening small California businesses with cleaning up the worlds air. It"s not understood how their thought process works that reducing California emissions will change the emissions from China, Russia, India or the other major air polluters of the world, but they basically condemn perfectly good diesel vehicles because of their ridiculous regulations. It will only impact the new owner if they want to register it in California. There should be no impact to the remaining forty nine states.
