Vehicle Details I inherited this truck from my Father upon his death. It sat in my garage for many years before I decided to get it road ready again. Some of things I had to do were new motor mounts, tires, brakes, gas tank, fuel pump, master brake cylinder, and dimmer switch. Things I did to make it better while trying to keep it original, added second brake light for rear turn signals, halogen headlights, electric wiper motor, electric point system and chrome air cleaner to replace missing original oil air filter. The truck is still a 6 volt, positive ground electrical system with a generator. I do have new mirrors, oak flooring for the bed, chrome strips for the grill and a lot of the old parts I removed for appearance. Truck runs and starts great. Has won a few local shows for originality and shape it's in for 70+ years old. Body has had some work done and it does have surface rust in places. The flat head 6 cylinder runs great and the 4 speed transmission has a "granny" low that will move it slower than you can walk. Shifts good for a non-synchronized manual transmission.
