The good:
-Drives nicely
-Compression test has been done on the motor to see how much wear it has. The result were between 160 to 170 PSI across all 4 pistons. Its a near perfect compression !
-The transmission shift like butter !
-Some parts are new
-Not a lot of things needs to be done on that car
-Brand new summer tire -Still has awesome gas mileage ! I had 5.4l/100km last roadtrip that I took the car -Oil change has always been done every 5000km with synthetic
The bad:
-The sound of the exhaust is not has it should. There seems to be something moving inside the piping
-The car is not very clean. Its hard to clean, you may need specialized cleaning product to clean this car. A carpet cleaner has been used all over the interior of the car
-The AC needs a new coils and cable attached to it and needs to be filled of refrigerant.
-The body is not perfect. There"s some holes on the bumper, on the back right side, there was a little accident where it bent and it has been repainted.
-Both front steel rims on the front has been cut to fit the center bore. No vibration or abnormal behavior has been noticed
That car has been super reliable for me and its still has plenty to live for someone who want a cheap good running and looking car. Nothing major needs to be done, if the car is taken care enough, it could easily go over 350000km.
