29,999 Miles H22A DOHC VTEC Engine 5-Speed Manual Transmission Exterior Paint is in Amazing Condition with no rust or “cancer” or sun burns. There are a few minor dings that can be pulled out/corrected. Minor blemishes and scratches here and there. I just had the entire Civic Professionally Detailed with Paint Correction and CX Coating. There is some fading on the plastic trim on driver’s door and the window seal, which could easily be replaced. The Wings West Trunk Spoiler was recently painted professionally with brand new paint. The Thorough Detail and Painting of Spoiler was done by Bell’s Autobody in Huntington Beach, CA – they are personal friends and specialize in high end vehicles. Interior Condition is Phenomenal. Steering wheel shows practically no wear and the airbag is original and never been deployed. The Odometer is original and works correctly and will reflect the true miles of the vehicle. Speedometer and all other indicators work perfectly. There are NO Check Engine Lights or Warning whatsoever. The carpets are original and are sparkling clean. The Original Honda Del Sol seats in driver and passenger are pristine with no tears or rips. Seats are steady and comfortable and give the green flare in interior without being too “aftermarket looking.” The rear seats were barely used and show no wear and are so clean you could eat of them. The roll cage in green does have a few blemishes from moving items in and out, it could be touched up if you really must, but it adds to the character of the car along with the nice “pop” of green. The dashboard shows no signs of cracking or fading. Its solid and pristine. Engine runs strong and robustly accelerates like NEW. It was completely overhauled recently and only has about 40 miles since the refresh, I just drove it home and to take pictures from the shop. The H22A was a JDM Motor originally installed with about 25,XXX Miles on the clock. All fluids were recently replaced and ANYTHING it needed was replaced with BRAND NEW parts. The H22A runs wonderfully throughout the Rev Band Range. The Idle is constant and steady. The variable valve timing kicks in and pitches a roar only VTEC is capable of! Transmission has recently been replaced and the shifts are solid and crisp. Each shift goes into gear smoothly and feels like a bolt-action rifle loading. Even shifting into reverse is buttery smooth. Driving, Shifting, Downshifting, and Heel Toe is a pleasure with this organic and old skool 5-Speed Transmission. Clutch pedal is solid and does not feel too stiff or difficult to actuate. Clutch has considerable life left, otherwise it would have been replaced while the transmission was being replaced.
