Up for auction is this mid 80s Ferrari Testarossa replica / kit car on a 1987 stretched Pontiac Fiero chassis. The car has a SBC V8 engine with a manual transmission. I purchased the car a few years ago in its current condition. The previous owner started to disassemble the car for a complete restoration. I did Drive it on and off of my trailer when I bought it and it has been sitting ever since. The cooling system needs to be re-hooked up, it needs a battery and if I remember correctly the starter needs to be shimmed. This is a project car and needs to be completely gone through. Please don’t think you can throw a battery in it and drive it home. It is a really cool car and will be something special when completed. I seen one of these cars on here last year that needed paint and it went for almost $25K. I was hoping that I would find time to start working on it but it’s been sitting in the corner of my garage for three years collecting dust so it’s time someone else takes on this project I do have a clear Colorado title in my name for it.
