SILVER ARROWS was the nickname given by the press to Germany"s dominant Mercedes-Benz cars between 1934 and 1939. The name was later applied to the Mercedes-Benz Formula One and sports cars in 1954 and 1955. A celebration of the Mercedes-Benz racing heritage and SL-class style, the Silver Arrows push temptation beyond the sportiest limits. These vehicles are dressed in an exclusive ultrametallic silver paint. The instruments and shifter are surrounded by machined aluminum and ringed in polished chrome- echoing the Silver Arrow"s numerous aluminum exterior details. The birdseye maple wood glistens in dramatic metallic black. For the SL500, the leather upholstery is a stunning two-tone black and metallic silver combination. This particular vehicle spent all its life in California. There is absolutely no rust. Body is straight and paint is still shiny, Runs& Drives great like a typical Benz. Suspension is tight and brakes are sharp. Interior is in very nice shape too. Comes with silver hardtop Black soft top is in very good shape works without a problem. THIS IS A SPECIAL EDITION CAR. ONLY 1450 MADE. This vehicle was involved in small accident . Front bumper and headlight were lightly damaged. No airbag deployment. This is the reason why car has rebuilt California title.
