Vehicle description
Mercedes-Benz S-Class 1991 converted to convertible by Darryl Strawberry. Car went through 3 year restoration. Power top and conversion was done correctly with new black and tan bonnet covers for top when down. Top was stripped down to frame, replaced hydraulic lines, pump and cylinders. New top custom stitched with cashmere wool liner inside and alcantara suede on beams. Only a few of these exist in the world and only one from Darryl Strawberry. Interior and exterior have been restored to perfection. Has new Brabus wheels, drilled rotors and calipers. Custom designed interior by me and done by company that does private jets with diamond two tone accent and black piping. CD player with bluetooth, sub and amp in trunk. Custom blue lighting on door sills, above interior mirror and under seats and seat wells. Replaced all burlwood and added burlwood steering wheel with matching leather. Went through engine and runs strong. People go crazy when I drive this car and want me to pull over to take pictures. Most know that the 560SEC was never built in production as a convertible. The valets always ask me to drive this and they park it up front. For the collector that loves the 560SEC and Darryl Strawberry. This is the best conversion I have ever seen.
