Vehicle Details I have been rebuilding this vehicle over the last 3 months, issues addressed were installing the following new parts to address long standing maintenance issues. New mountings for engine and transmission, new muffler hangers, new air filter mounts, new neutral safety switch, new shifter bearings, 4 new 40,000 mile tires, 4 wheel alignment, transmission service, engine service, new governor adjuster pin, new guide rod mount kit, new ball joints in front end, steering damper sway bar link, tie rod assembly, new caster balls, and new wiper set. This car moves quickly from 0 to 80 mph, transmission shifts as it should. approx. 5,000 worth of work and parts over the last 3 months. Selling car because of medical problems. This car still needs work, items known are as Fuel filter seal leaks, window seals leak, radio doesn't work, rear left door lifter need replacement, or adjustment, mechanic wasn't clear on that. This would be a good project car for mechanic interested in turning a profit, or weekend hobbyist/mechanic. If you are thinking of driving this vehicle home you should know that there is a question about the vibration isolators on the motor mounts, my first mechanic said they were good to go, my second mechanic said they should be replaced. I am not a mechanic, so I cannot assess either of the mechanics claims. Driving the car to your home within a 100 mile radius should be safe enough, but because of the question on the isolators any further travel I would not advise. These mountings sell for $84 here on ebay, there would of course be a charge for installation.
