MAKE AN OFFER! For your consideration is a complete numbers matching 1970 Ford Torino 429 Cobra jet with Ram Air and 4 speed manual transmission . The original build sheet is also included and found under the rear seat. Make no mistake this is car is a project car that needs a complete restoration. This car does NOT run in its current state, radiator hoses are disconnected and belts are removed (they were dry rotten and began to leak coolant in garage). It ran when it was transported 5 years ago. Floors are ok, they are solid enough for a driver, with an old patch job on them. The roof is solid, as is the deck and trunk floor and lid. There is some rust along the very bottom quarter panel, that was patched when the repaint was done. The car does have a/c that was installed by the dealer when purchased. The original color was yellow, but painted it"s current color a long time ago by the original owner. The paint job is driver quality, and in no way show. Its a project car that needs a full restoration but not a complete basket case. Its a great starting point. Don"t ask if it runs the answer is no , I will not put belts, I will not attach hoses. IT is a complete PROJECT CAR , that needs a FULL RESTORATION . If you are looking for a 10k shell this is not it, its is a Ram Air 429 cobra jet numbers matching 4 speed car. If you are NOT looking for a project this is not for you. I can"t determine your skill level, so something that will seem minor to me, might be troublesome to you. Please examine pictures, ask questions. . there are no stupid questions, I will make time to find the answer. I encourage in person evaluations. Offer what you think its worth, but don"t get upset if we don"t agree. Please factor in transportation into your expenses, that is a "you" issue not mine. Please do not participate in this listing if you don"t have the means to pay immediately, need permission, have raise the money, don"t have a place to keep it, or trying to figure out the cost of restoration.
