This 2014 Lexus ES300 Hybrid was purchased new by my parents from Sewell Lexus in Dallas. The car was gifted to us last month since we gave them a truck a few years ago. They were the original owners and we are the second.
The car has been maintained/serviced at Sewell Lexus in Dallas since new with two exceptions. 1) an oil change at a Lexus dealership in Colorado while they were on a summer trip and 2) an oil last month in Austin. The car is very clean and garaged since new. It"s never been in an accident, Texas vehicle for life so zero rust (never seen snow), and non smokers. My father said 95% of the miles were spent on Interstate 20 traveling back and forth to Dallas from their farm 175 miles east of Dallas.
You can call Sewell Lexus in Dallas with the VIN number and get the service history. I believe this hybrid has all options minus the weird "adaptive" cruise but it does have the regular cruise control. It has a sun roof, heated and A/C ventilated seats, navigation system, back up cameras, lane assist, parking assist, leather and wood steering wheel, power rear sunshade, premium audio system and more. Tires are in good condition. It drives absolutely perfectly, no shakes, no shimmies, and needs nothing. The Lexus gets close to 40 MPG. It comes with an extra set of floor mats. We actually have the exact same car and put Weathertech mats in it so including our old ones.
The only flaws I can see besides normal wear on the car is the is a small "star" in the center of the windshield at the bottom. My father in law said it happened 3 years ago so it"s not going to spread. The driver side upper seat bolster shows some slight wear at the very bottom, there is no hole or anything like that. We have a similar "wear" area on our ES300h as well. The tan Lexus leather seems to show more soil. There may be a few very minor exterior marks, I see one paint chip on hood but no door dings. The car has not been detailed, it"s just kept clean as seen in the photos.
Why are we selling? This was "gifted" to us. We have the identical car and we are moving in two weeks. I"d like an AWD SUV so we will be trading my hybrid. The dealership will give us just under $19,000 for this car and likely resell it for $5,000 more. Pretty good deal for someone. The car is for sale locally so mileage may increase and this auction may end at anytime.
