Kazkorp is proud to release one of our most mechanically involved and ambitious builds to date! Check out this clean, clear title 2007 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 7 passenger fully loaded, modified, and customized SUV with only 2,500 driveline miles. We have always loved the comfort and reliability and styling of this generation of Suburban"s, so we decided to completely rebuild all the mechanics of one that was extremely clean. This vehicle has also underwent a full 141 point inspection, and contains a nationwide warranty at no extra charge.
We started out by buying an extremely clean 2007 Suburban with a spotless interior, and higher miles on the body (170k) and pulling out the entire driveline - engine, transmission, transfer case, and front and rear axles. We then had nationally renown engine builders Wallace & Dewitt in Amherst tear the entire engine down and rebuild it from the block up. That included re-manufacturing the entire cylinder head assemblies with upgraded Melling pushrods & lifters. The most common issue in these trucks and with engine failures is due to Active Fuel Management & Cylinder Deactivation kicking the truck in 4 cylinder mode, which causes a horrible shudder and lingering engine problems on the cylinder that are shut off. To prevent this, we installed a Permanent Cylinder Deactivation Solenoid Manifold that will always keep the truck running on all eight cylinders, as it should be.
Other supporting modifications and upgrades to ensure the longevity of this rebuilt 5.3L V8 include Sorensen Fuel Injectors, Performance Melling Oil & Water Pump, A completely new timing assembly, and much more. We then had NOBS Garage perform a Complete 4L60E Transmission Rebuild w/ Performance Components and rebuild the Transfer Case and Front and Rear Axles. When we got the components back, we replaced the starter a/c compressor, added a new battery, new coils, pigtails, iridium plugs, and much more as listed below.
This Suburban LT is the has most fully loaded options available. With selectable 4x4 including an automatic AWD and 4 high and low lockers, it also has one touch power moonroof, power liftgate, keyless entry & remote start, heated and lumbar front & rear black leather power seats, second row bucket seats with automatic power folding capiablity, rear OEM flip down DVD monitor w/ wireless controls and inputs, premium sound with subwoofers, Sirius XM and bluetooth streaming, digital dual zone climate control, steering wheel controls & cruise control, ABS, delay wipers, traction control, adjustable power pedals, rear parking sensors, trailer tow package, roof racks, onboard trip computer, fold down 3rd row seating, woodgrain & aluminum trim, homelink, and MUCH more. This Suburban LT has every option available, and then some!
But it wouldn"t be a complete Kazkorp build if we diddnt do some cosmetic modifications. We did a 2.5" Supreme Suspensions Front & Rear Lift Kit as well as new front & rear shocks & struts to retain the comfort and ride quality while giving some additional clearance for bigger tires. We painted the factory OEM new style LTZ wheel graphite, and threw some Venezia Crusade SXT 60k Mile Warranty 275/60R20 33" All Season Tires on to give it a larger, more aggressive look for the street. To help bring this Suburban into the modern era, we installed a black mesh grill and emblems, tinted the windows 20%, and added new style full length Escalade tail lights, which look great. We also installed Optic DRL LED black housing projector headlights and custom LED fog lights, and did a full interior and exterior 6500k LED conversion on all halogen bulb locations. This Suburban is stunning inside and out, and runs & drives like a brand new SUV.

With a combination of a completely rebuilt driveline with only 2,500 miles, (that we have put on prior to sale;) an excellent problem free interior and exterior, a nationwide warranty, and modifications that turn heads and perform as good as they look - you will never find another deal in this price range.
