I have owned several BMW. but the 740il E38 is arguably the best ever made. Classic styling. The powertrain is strong by the standard of the 2000. For 99% of your driving, the power is more than adequate. The car continues to turn heads for compliments as clean, tight, uncluttered, and purposeful. Low miles garage kept all its life.
