The cleanest and the most immaculate example I’ve seen among 987s and 997s. Drives like a brand new car. Has been serviced regularly by Porsche of The Main Line - see CarFax at drive.google.com/file/d/1pv64kqKjXIHA2wb4zG4iUCCw6qt9Vipe (I also have records from the first owner).
IMS - will be addressed next week in a reputable Porsche shop (was ~1.5 months wait time). New Michelin tires - will be installed before purchase (due to age of the current tires). New spark plugs, ignition coils, engine air filter, serpentine belt.
Full inspection in May, 2021 - no problems found, showed great compression. I checked all surfaces with a paint meter - no signs of repainting.
User manual in a tin box, 2 keys, Porsche genuine indoor cover. Clean title and CarFax.
