Santorini black with beige interior and beige soft roof.
This Defender has been fully rebuilt, including the engine, and has also recently been painted in Santorini black. It comes with a brand new clean Florida title and brand new interior along with a bikini top and frame.
EXTERIOR
This has recently had a brand new paint job in Santorini black along with replacement of all of the doors, hinges and lights. The repaint has been done to a high standard and reciepts will be provided. The cost of the restoration, replacment of doors, preperation for paint and the respray cost just over $14,000 dollars. There are no runs, dents or rust. To the rear it has a swing wheel carrier that opens and closes independently from the door.
The removable bikini top comes off within minutes and also put back on with ease. Looks great on or off.
INTERIOR
The new interior has been custom made in a beige colour to match the bikini top. The Land Rover emblem is engraved into each seat headrest and matching color coded central cubby box and rear swing door. It follows a 4 in the rear formation and 2 in the front. Both front seats are fully adjustable and the rear are fixed. The dashboard has stainless steel dial surounds and heater vent covers. Door panels have been replaced along with new carpet and the floors have no rot in them at all and have been replaced during the restoration. As mentioned there is no rust at all including to the bulkhed and usual places.
ENGINE
The 2.5 200 TDI engine was rebuilt and now has around 6000 miles on the engine. It pulls very well and hs no faults at all. The gear box works great and has been rebuilt along with the diff drive train.
CHASIS
The Chasis has no rust or holes and has been fully treated to a professional standard with stone/weather proofing. It is completely sound and no repairs will be required.
This defender is a great example and is a real head turner. It is ready to drive and requires nothing at all. Viewings are welcome and I can help with delivery if needed.
