THIS IS 1 OF APROX. 500 EARLY PRODUCTION HOMOLOGATION CARS WITH THE RARE WATER SPRAY BAG FOR THE INTERCOOLER, AS USED ON FACTORY COMPETITION (WORKS) DELTA INTEGRALE CARS FOR THE WRC IN THE 1990"S.
Lancia won an unprecedented 6 consecutive World Rally Championships from 1987-1992 with the Delta 4WD, and then with the Evoluzione. These cars were never sold in the USA.
This Evo 1 was ordered with rare factory options:
Sunroof, Recaro leather seats, ABS, and factory air conditioning.
Services performed:
Prior to shipping the car to the US, I had a factory Lancia service performed in (Italy) October 2019: spark plugs, oil, oil filter, comprehensive check up, and including a compression test showing perfect readouts. Last service was in November 2020, replacing timing belt, and checked the car throughout, by specialty shop in Laguna Hills. I have all receipts, that go as far as back to the 1990"s. This car still sits on it"s 2nd set of original 15" Michelin tires (and Speedline wheels) date code: 48/00 September 2000. A.S.I. Certified in 2012 (Automoto Storico Italiano).
Runs, starts, and drives without any issues, a blast to drive! Selling because I have other projects (cars) that need to be finished. Buy now as prices are going up. .
