Up for a true auction, is a 1983 Chevrolet K20 4x4 truck. This particular square body in my opinion, is a great example of what a restoration should begin with, it’s a clean slate, what you see is what you get. The driving particulars are simple, it runs great, drives straight, shifts firm, hubs and transfer case engage smooth, and it uses 1/2 quart of oil every 3-4k miles. The Michelin tires are just ok with only about 35% tread left, but drives super smooth down the road, and has been super dependable. Originally built with 454ci, T400, NP205, and D 60’s. The truck was special ordered from the Michigan plant on PO order # 323-7741983. Truck was built with 5.7 350ci, T400, NP205, D60, Corporate 14 3:73 gears. All the lights and gauges function correctly, even the bumper license plate light works. Heat and a/c function as they should Body has small dings, scratches, and scrapes, but no rust through issues. THE BED, CAB CORNERS, ROCKERS & FLOORBOARDS, HAVE NO RUST. I can negotiate & provide secure heated storage for an extra fee for the buyer to pick up this spring or summer, but pickup and or transport is the buyers responsibility. The truck is sold as is where is of course, with no warranty, and all sales are final. I can’t confirm mileage, as the speedo stopped last December, but my best guess is 98-99K original miles. Any bidders with less than 10 positive feedback ratings that place a bid, will be cancelled. I won’t use eBays new escrow company and pay 3%, it’s PayPal, and bank to bank wire transfer only! Good Luck
