This is a 1990 custom built jeep Wrangler YJ Nothing on this jeep is standard or stock all the parts on this jeep are top-quality high-end namebrand Parts listing starting from the bottom up 46 inch Michelin military Tires on MRAP Aluminum rims 2.5 ton Rockwell military axles totally rebuilt by Oversons engineering Custom 4.90 gearing both axles are steering axles rear axle is locked out but easily converted to four wheel steering Front steering is full hydraulic PSC 2.5 series hydraulic steering system Everything sits on the triangulated four link suspension with .250 DOM tubing King coil off road 2.5 series 36 inch reservoir coil over suspension I have all the limiting straps and driveshaft to complete the drive system Motor is a Cummings four BT fuel injected diesel engine with 167,000 miles excellent compression and runs perfect NOTE : Transmission is an Allison 1000 note transmission needs repair lost reverse gear has all forward gears still but will need to be repaired Transfer case is a new process 205 gear to gear with a Allison 1000 conversion kit made by advanced adapters The body of the way Jay has been extended 3 feet to cover the extended wheelbase this gives it a scrambler appearance the unpainted Surfaces have been rhino lined with black bedliner This vehicle runs and drives even being without its finishing touches with the only issue being that the reverse gear is gone
A little history on this vehicle I built this project from scratch about five years ago are used to have a 400 small block Chevy attached To a turbo 400 transmission and a SCS drop case I ran this set up for about three or four years and got the idea that I wanted to go to a diesel for more torque because of the weight ratio currently set up as I said previously in the ad it’s about 99% complete I have all the components minus a replacement transmission or the desire to do a rebuild I have two fuel tanks all the dash gauges the remainder of the wiring components limiting straps and this vehicle will be road ready and a real head turner as it was in the past I probably have nearly $55,000 invested but we are having fun Who’s counting Vehicle weight is approximately 7500 pounds you will need a heavy trailer it will probably not fit on a standard car transport I can give you additional pictures or if you’re in Florida you can come see it for yourself This vehicle is not for everybody please no tire kickers on request if you know anything about trucks you’ll know how expensive these items are attached to it and you won’t waste either of our time
