Up for auction is a Jeep that needs a home. I received this as partial payment from a customer. The pink slip shows a 56 Willys. However the body is a newer body. The frame has been altered to accommodate the body. I have not done a single thing to this, outside of removing the seat and battery. I still have the battery it came with. The jeep does run, but needs carburetor work and the brakes will probably need to be replaced. I’m not a mechanic, but I do know it has a Ford 289 Motor in it, glass packs for exhaust. This was someone’s project, body is straight and I didn’t notice any fillers. The jeep does run and drive. It’s been sitting in my garage though for two months without a battery in it. It will need to be towed. The four wheel drive has been disconnected in front. Once again it needs work, but for a ranch jeep it would be minimal. If you have questions feel free to send a message, I’ll answer to the best of my ability. From what I was told the jeep was put on non op to avoid fees. The pink slip I received was also filled out, but never taken to the DMV. Jeep is located south of Fresno near Riverdale.
