REDUCED PRICE! This old fellow is fun to drive! 5 speed manual. 6 cylinder engine. Tires are in good condition, the bed treated with brush on bed liner. Comes with a trailer hitch. New open concept doors, mirrors, mats, steering wheel cover, step rails, fender flares, and large storage console between seats. New covers for seats (which are in pretty good condition on their own). Bimini top. We liked the rough look so haven’t done any paint work, so it’s ready for whatever you would like to do with it. Gauges are new but not installed. 204,000 miles.
Will consider best offers. The frame has some rust as any 36 yr old vehicle would, the lights work except for the right turn signal, the floor has a small hole in the corner of the rear corner bed. Drain holes were created in the foot wells either by previous owner or by AMC. . . I really don"t know. That being said , we gave the vehicle to a mechanic (GEA Automotive), soon after purchase, and told him to make it safe and reliable so we could use it on the beach. He performed restorative actions and replaced basic mechanical components i.e. spark plugs, carburetor kit, fuel pump, brake parts, etc. to the tune of nearly $4000.00. We purchased and installed : step rails, fender flares, floor mats, steering wheel cover, passenger grab rail, hood latches. Still to be installed include: catalytic convertor, instrument cluster, some other small bits. Wipers work. We are going to sell this Jeep at a big loss but we are committed to selling it anyhow.
