Vehicle Details This is a 1984 Pontiac Fiero. It is an Indy 500 Pace Car Replica, one of 2000 ever made. Within that group it is one of 200 made with the 4-speed manual transmission. We are the third owner. The car was lightly driven by the original owner and garage kept by ourselves and the previous. We acquired the Fiero June 2006 and it was towed over to us. At the time the owner advised it ran, but both shift cables(Not clutch), broke and that it couldnt be driven. At that time the oil was good, coolant was clean and windshield fluid was full. Also a cassette was found in the tape deck. This all told us the car could be saved. We have never started the engine but put transmission fluid in the cylinders and turned the engine over by hand. The car is currently stored on jack stands as can be seen in the photos. It will need complete brakes and tires, body prep and paint as well as a new headliner and shell plus sun visors.
