Title: You will receive a Bill of Sale and a Copy of the Governments form of Title Transfer, Form SF97. This Form has not be generated yet and may take another several weeks before I get the copy and get it to you. You"ll need to wait for the pace of the Federal Government, I have nothing to do with it besides forwarding you a copy. Others have simple figured out ways to title their vehicles, if you build a car from scratch for instance. .

1. Is it street legal or plated? It is not street legal in CA but in many States maybe easily plated. There are services that offer to get Humvees Plated in CA or you can try to jump through the hoops yourself.
The vehicle itself is not excluded from being operated on the street but in most States lacks some detail features such as a "Lighted LIcense Place Holder".
So it"s not plated but many people go through the steps to make them Street Legal-Plated
2. Where is it located for shipping purposes: Santa Rosa, CA 95404 Shipping for a Vehicle can be as little as $800 Across Country but if shipped as cargo on a flatbed assume $1.50/$2.00 a mile.
3. Is there anything wrong with it. Read the above description, it"s enough to make an informed buying decision but no matter what there is no way to convey every shred of detail, the relevance of which varies person to person.

12. Title See Above. City, State and Federal Government often Surplus out vehicles using a form SF97. In some cases you can walk into a Motor Vehicle Bureau with that form and your Bill of Sale and get your vehicle registered. Or maybe it won"t work for you. You get a Copy of My SF97 Form (when I get it, which will be 2-3 months from now) and a Bill Of Sale From Me To You, and if that doesn"t work for you consider buying a Prius.
You can read a lot of information about these vehicles with a simple Google Search, and see videos of people who have bought them and customized them and then likely have any questions you still have answered.
Your Curiosity is warranted, it"s very interesting and would no doubt be a source of fun for you and yours.
