Vehicle description
Ready for some summer cruising? We have the car for you! Load up your friends and family and head out on a cruise night in this stunning 1956 Bel Air.
This West Coast car has absolutely no signs of any rust or previous bodywork and the paint is beautiful! Its not a full on show car as the previous owner enjoyed driving it too much so there are a few minor rock chips here and there but it shows very well and will still probably bring in some trophys at the shows!
Engine wise it is a mildly built 350 with lumpy cams, some headwork done and a really trick Offenhauser dual carb intake manifold with 2 550"s on top. To keep all of that cool is a massive "Be Cool" radiator. Overall the car is very drivable but will happily smoke the tires if youre in a hurry!
Suspension has been upgraded with QA1 adjustable coilovers up front and a thick anti-sway bar, you wont win a Nascar race with it but it is a huge improvement over the 1956 setup! Out back is has a 12 bolt posi with 3.73 gearing and traction bars.
The interior is all fresh and beautiful leather front and back with a new carpet kit and retro looking modern stereo headunit for tunes while your cruising!
All in all this car is ready to go for the summer, we just did a 400 mile trip in the car which unfortunately involved some stop and go traffic and it never missed a beat! Assuming you can afford the gas you could drive this cross country without worry!
