Vehicle description
Hello Friend. I am selling my point A to point B car (Green 2001Toyota Avalon XLS with 202,300 in mileage used ) due to financial reasons. I would have very much like to keep it for myself but it’s not in the cards for me. This car is strong and is drive-able. Its located at a mechanic shop, so you can work it out with them to do the necessary repairs.
You know how the business professionals are always saying, during a recession, it’s the best time to invest? Well this is one of those opportunities. If you can fix the issues, you can drive it for a while, or you can sell it. [How do I know? I am one of those business professionals. LOL Check me out on my YouTube channel (Jmusic- Singer and Songwriter) Plus, I just wrote a book that will give you an insight into how you can easily come up with a Million or even a Billion-dollar idea. For Just $14.95 on amazon https:/ amzn.to/2JGJKRU .] This car is a salvage title, not my choice. It should not have been change to that title status in my opinion. For more information on that, please continue reading. Upgrades and fixes on the car Services Performed: 2/18/2020 Removed & Replaced IGNITION SWITCH 2/09/2019 Battery Replacement 2/09/2019 Water Pump replacement with coolant flush 2/09/2019 Belt Tensioner replacement (this is the belt on the engine) 12/15/2018 Fuel System Cleaning 12/09/2018 Standard Oil Change up to 5 QTS 5/5/2018 Rack & Pinion removed and replaced 5/04/2018 Shocks and Struts replacement front and rear 5/04/2018 Alignment Service *I have a record of all service that has been performed and more that were not worth mentioning. Tires have been replaced (wrong size by Firestone"s. they made a mistake. If you purchase, I can try to get them to resolve the issue for you) So all in all; this is a very strong vehicle. Firestone Complete Auto Care Inspection: Remove & Replace Air Flow Sensor Standard brake service- Front -Ceramic disc brake pads -Brake Rotor Remove and Replace Caliper (Both) Standard brake service- Rear -Ceramic disc brake pads -DL Rotor -Remove and Replace Caliper (Both) Brake Fluid Exchange Hoses - Remove and Replace Radiator hose Coolant Fluid Exchange w/ New Antifreeze Gaskets- Engine -Remove & Replace valve cover gasket (Both) *these are the major repairs based on a Complete Firestone inspection done on 2/24/2020. I recommend you do your own inspection for legal reasons because this information should be taken at face value. I estimate the total repairs to be around $1000 -$1300; I can not afford due to financial reasons. Otherwise I would pay, this is a strong car. It’s a Toyota. Additional Problems: -front mirror has a line/crack in the middle of the mirror (it’s very unnoticeable) -currently the hood latch is not attached. I have replaced the cable; but did not do the final work at the shop since they were waiting on a new hood latch replacement. It does close, but it’s using the safety latch on the vehicle. Once purchased, I can also try to get Firestone to complete this part of the work. -one of the windshield wipers is fixed with a zip tie. -I usually have a tape placed on the top frame above the driver side. The reason is when it rains, it leaks. The exact point where its leaking has not been found out. This was the reason for the ignition switch replacement. May have also been the reason for the radio not working. I believe the moonroof also plays into that. Its easy to forget and leave open when its raining. Which will leak water into the car. I believe the previous owner neglected that. When it is leaking, its only very small drops in the corner of the driver side. Overtime the major area affected is the driver’s side floor. As you can see the rug is wet in the pictures. Underneath the rug there is a hole in the floor (doesn’t go through the frame) which I noticed after making a purchase. With the tape, and keeping the moonroof closed when its raining, the problem is minimized. -The rear body of the passenger side has a noticeable small damage that was fixed; but I never did a paint job on it. This was not a major accident; it was due to the car being hit slightly by some idiot while my car was parked. The damage was slight; I was very upset when the insurance company wanted to change the title to salvage before they could pay for damages. -From this incident; the gas tank was also affected. It’s slightly bent, and Firestone had recommended not to put more than $15 worth of gas in the car at a time. (More than enough for a Toyota gas saving vehicle) -A portion of the cover of the brake lights (driver side rear) is broken.Lights are still in good working condition. *This car is currently sitting at a shop location down here in Columbus OH. No shipping/delivery will be done by me because the brakes need replacement and I am busy. *If you do decide to make this purchase, please deposit $100 through Paypal to secure your investment. You can pay the total balance (total final fee) if you choose, this will only speed up the process of transferring this vehicle to you. Vehicle Details Extended
