Vehicle description

This fantastic, unbridled pony is the 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 and is powered by the legendary 351-4V Cleveland with its unique grabber green color, the unmistakable shaker hood scoop, 4-speed manual, competition suspension, rim-blow steering wheel, drum brakes, BFGoodrich radial TA tires, newly restored quartz clock, deck spoiler, and rear window louvers. This is a rust-free low mileage original car - only having its 3 sp manual changed early in life to a 4 sp (72 Cyclone top loader tranny) as the only piece not correct. This transcendent car is mostly unrestored with its original 351-C, SHAKER manual shift car in its original grabber green color as the Marti rpt discloses. The paint is nice, an older repaint over what appears to be the original paint. This car has won many local shows w/the 2nd owner - I am the 4th owner. Some new chrome, but mostly an original ‘freshened’ car showing 59.2k miles on the clock and wearing all its original suspension and engine (never down). I am not certifying this mileage, but I will say it is obviously a lower mileage car w/o question. The interior was mildly freshened when I bought it. The interior is now near concours with OEM belts and all. Everything new w/ only premium OEM / repro pieces. The previous owner replaced the entire D-side floor and seat box w/ Ford tooling pieces. It is professionally done to factory specs. The rest of the floor was perfect original. This car is a brute, an untamed mustang that is a handful to wrangle - I drive it at least once a week a few miles for fun. This "stang roars and sounds awesome. Motor runs like a stock 351C – no leaks or issues whatsoever. The ‘original’ exhaust was just replaced, original tips re-used. New Magnum 500’s – 14”. This car also has an original 70 MACH/BOSS shifter w/ very low mileage on it. Lastly, the original carb is in a box, car has a newer Holly on it otherwise bone stock original out to the tailpipes. The car is way too nice to do a rotisserie on as it is mostly unrestored. This is a driver and there are minor blemishes to the paint surface and there are a few minor electrical quirks with the turn signal and fuel gauge - they normally work fine but from time to time short out but then come back to life. This is the only omission in an otherwise glorious ride. Always driven responsibly, garage kept and with a clean PA title.
