This is a full size 1997 GMC Yukon GT, two-door SUV in outstanding condition with 168,564 miles. This Truck is equipped with the 5.7L engine, automatic transmission, four-wheel-drive, 3.73 posi-traction rear, and the 10k heavy-duty towing package. It also has power windows/door-locks/mirrors/driver-seat, CD stereo, cruise control and air conditioning, which are all working properly. This GMC has had only one owner since new, and we have the original title. We also have both sets of keys & remotes, and the owner manuals. This is the last year the Yukon GT was made and this is an extremely clean and well maintained example. The owner had an 8-car garage full of beautiful classics all of which he purchased new. We were able to acquire three of them with this Yukon because he’s downsizing to a home with a smaller garage. In spite of its capabilities, this Yukon was not an off-road or snow vehicle, and the undercarriage, rocker panels and frame are unusually clean. This Yukon was driven regularly, but it looks like a garage queen. This Yukon runs and drives extremely well. The 5.7L engine runs excellent. It is very strong and smooth without any noises, smoke or other issues. The transmission shifts crisply and the push-button four-wheel-drive engages properly. A complete set of new tires were installed three weeks ago. The brake pads are all in great shape and the oil and filters were changed this week. There aren’t any service or warning lights on, and this is a Truck that I wouldn"t hesitate to drive anywhere in the country. This vehicle comes with a complimentary 3-Month Nationwide Warranty . The undercarriage and frame are especially clean and not rusted like many I’ve seen. Both of the bumpers and all of the flares are in excellent condition. The interior of this Yukon is fresh, clean and in beautiful condition. All of the seats are in terrific condition without any rips or holes or wear spots - including the driver seat. The carpeting is fresh and fluffy throughout the interior without any stains, holes or wear spots. The interior trim pieces are intact, tight and in great condition without any cracks or damage. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks. This is an extremely clean Truck inside and out. The Title are available immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. All vehicles we sell on are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion.
