Hub caps included and may ship seperatley due to value if you do not pick up yourself. I have the car in storage in Knoxville Tn. I am going to sell or trade off this car by end of the year. The car is complete. I have many extra parts for these cars I had several these cars to do but many projects. Please call 301 672 1000. I would say the car is 98 percent complete. I think it is 100 percent but when you look it over let me know because I have a ton of parts collected over 20 years.
