Ford F-250 XLT Diesel 4x4 Pick Up Automatic
The truck runs and drives but does need some work and TLC like some mechanical stuff and some cosmetic stuff
Some issues:
Not sure if 4 wheel drive works (dashboard light says it engages but haven"t ever tried it off road
Rough shifting from transmission (mostly 1st to 2nd gear) Batteries are dead and always need to be jump started
Starts only with starting fluid (new batteries may fix this issue or may be another issue)
Dashboard doesn"t really work (not sure what mileage is so I put 300k)
Lots of cosmetic stuff - This is more of a farm truck Truck is dirty and dusty Seat is caving in Needs alignment I ran out of fuel a few days ago and now it idles rough (may be air in the system) 2nd fuel tank switch does not work Truck is blue but used to be red in the past Hood latch doesn"t lock
Don"t have time to give it all that TLC as I"m tied up in other projects
This truck should only be purchased by someone who is mechanically inclined!
I mentioned some items but I"m sure there are many more cosmetic and mechanical defects
Some good news:
- Brakes are very strong! - New belt tensioner - Extra large tires are in excellent condition - Towing Package
If you know what you"re doing it will clean up nice!
