Recent maintainence and upgrades include - - new Super Duty leaf springs, front and rear - V/B code - Bilstien 4600 shocks - Dual steering stabilizers - Air Lift 88340 rear air bags - All 4 rotors/pads/calipers - Amsoil rear diff fluid w/ aluminum cover
CLEAN OIL PAN - recently prepped down to the bare metal and refinished with 3 coats of chassis saver to prevent any issues in the future.

This is a very clean truck overall, the only noticeable signs of rust I could find are isolated to the bottom of the C pillar / "dogleg" area between the rear doors and rear wheel wells. I took close up photos, inside and out, to give you a good idea of what you would be dealing with.
