Shelby. It"s an Everett Morrison "65 Shelby 427 replica. They were one of the original high quality Cobra replica companies. It has thicker fiberglass rolled edges, etc. The replica was ordered with a custom large diameter tube frame, customized for late 80"s to mid 90"s Corvette suspension. The paint is custom from an award winning painter up here in Woodland WA, it"s the Tungsten & Silver from the new Ford GT"s. The car was taken apart down to the frame & rebuilt from the ground up from 2007 to 2009. It has a custom billet gauge cluster with a CNC"d billet gauge housing that"s over $1000 w/o the gauges. It was built with a 2006 GTO motor, (same type as the Corvette), matching 6 spd transmission, which lightens the front & overall vehicle weight, with the lighter aluminum alloy motor, & creates a much nicer vehicle weight, balance with shockingly fast take-off. There"s a lot of custom fabrication in the build, like the custom power brake system, (they didn"t come with power brakes, as the traditional space was very limited around the firewall area) like something you would find in $200k racing type Porsches. It has custom stainless steel exhaust work & custom aluminum radiator. There"s approximately $74k in the build at this point. $11k in the paint prep & paint alone. Mileage is less than 10k. Approx 550HP, easy to make it more, but it"s already ridiculously fast.
Comes with new polymer suspension bushing kit, (not installed). Doesn"t have Windshield wipers or seat belts yet, overall vehicle about 95% complete, car runs & drives nice, light, poweful & definitely a head turner, with a unique one of a kind engine roar. .
