Kazkorp is PROUD to present this beautiful completely custom built 2007 GMC Envoy Denali AWD 5.3L SUV. This LSX conversion was provided by Summit Racing & Texas Speed, and is a complete driveline swapped from a 65k mile Denali donor vehicle, which was then completely rebuilt to be a 0 mile start for our custom build. We took this extremely clean Envoy Denali AWD in on trade from a previous customer that traded it in on an Envoy XUV we built a year or two ago. It started its life as an extremely clean Denali with a spotless accident free Carfax and higher miles. The previous owner kept it garaged almost its entire life, and the body and frame are extremely clean with no rust anywhere to be found. The interior is in near flawless condition with no imperfections to be found. He had taken it to another mechanics shop (which will remain nameless) to have the engine rebuilt with a DOD Delete kit, which screwed the entire engine up, and they damaged the transmission during reinstall. It was the perfect candidate for us to do a complete driveline and electronics swap and LSX build on! We started by stripping the entire driveline out of this Envoy Denali (engine, transmission, transfer case, front & rear axles and electronics) and stripping the same components from a 65k mile donor 2007 GMC Envoy Denali hit in the passenger doors. We then did a full performance rebuild on the transmission, and rebuilt the transfer case from the 65k mile donor vehicle, and performed a full service on the front & rear axles. We then rebuilt the 5.3L from the 65k mile vehicle from the block up, and decided to do a performance build. These are amazing engines that are plagued with Active Fuel management and Displacement on Demand. So while doing a complete rebuild including timing and new heads, we got a Summit Racing AFM Delete kit, with a LS2 cam and all the supporting hardware. We then used a Texas Speed Stage 2 91 Octane performance tune, with AFM/DOD Delete and disabled rear 02 & evap sensors. We removed the speed limiter, and adjusted the speedometer to the oversized new Firestone Destination 265/60R18 tires we installed. We also installed a Melling high volume oil pump, titanium spark plug heat shield sleeves, made a custom 3.5” cold air intake and long tube performance headers, added MSD ignition coils and a Magnaflow exhaust. We then added cross drilled & slotted rotors front and rear, and ceramic pads to make sure you can stop this beast! We have performed the initial break in period milage, and performed two oil changes that look great. Cosmetically, the vehicle is in excellent condition given its age. The paint looks as amazing in person as it does in the pictures, there is no rust, or major imperfections anywhere. We added some black headlights and LED lighting throughout, interior and exterior. Custom LSX badging will let everyone know you got something special, if for whatever reason they are deaf and don’t hear that beautiful exhaust note. We also went over the entire suspension and added front and rear shocks, ball joints, control arms, and pretty much anything else that had wear on it. We also took the vehicle to Serpentini Chevrolet in Westlake to perform an inspection on the entire build, perform all recalls, and charge and inspect the front & rear air conditioning system, to make sure this vehicle is as flawless as it looks, and we did not miss anything. This GMC Envoy Denali AWD LSX is the most fully loaded Envoy they made – including dual power heated black leather seats, one touch moonroof, backup sensors, OEM DVD/Navigation touch screen Bose premium radio with rear DVD monitor and rear heater a/c controls, keyless entry, tow package, roof rack, heated mirrors, dual zone automatic climate control, onboard trip computer, woodgrain trim, steering wheel controls, Cold A/C, Bluetooth streaming and onstar, and a million other options. Yes, all the owners manuals, remote controls, accessories and everything are here.
