Vehicle description
1977 Dodge W200 Power Wagon. No money orders or money wiring. Buyer to arrange for and pay for shipping. Truck must be picked up within 7 days of auction close. COLD AC. Original 360 V8 that does not appear to have ever been rebuilt, and still has a lot of life left in it. Oil pan is resealed though. Rebuilt 727 torqueflite 3 speed automatic has all new bushings, thrust washers, clutches, steels, and valve body rebuilt with mild TCI shift kit. Shifts terrific and kicks down properly. Full time 4x4. Factory NP203 T-case is resealed and chain is in good shape. Engine runs strong, and sounds great. Suspension, power steering and brakes all work and feel tight and solid like they should. Dual exhaust, with Flowmaster 40 series mufflers, and headers. Factory iron non-EGR 340 intake manifold from 1972 installed, along with Street Demon 625 cfm 4 barrel (works great even in 120 deg Az temps). Currently registered with no emissions requirement in Az since it has classic car insurance. So it is tuned for great drivability and power, not emissions. Starts like a champ every time. New alternator, plug wires, cap/rotor etc. Always runs cool, even in summer. Heat works great. Exterior was painted light blue over the original silver. Engine bay is still the factory correct silver. I"m including the PPG paint supplies to repaint in it’s original silver. Newly reupholstered seat, and freshly dyed door panels. Also included but not installed, is a new carpet kit, and weatherstrip kit for the doors and windows. This truck must have spent most of it’s life in the southwest, as it is almost rust free. Some cosmetic rust and patina. Very solid. Some dents, but no signs of major collisions in the past. Tailgate, wheel wells, and tool box lids are a bit beat up but savable. Overall a very straight truck. Floors, wheel wells etc are original and rock solid with no rot. New 16x31~ tires and new 16 inch steel wheels as well, which fit the factory hub caps. Late 70’s/early 80"s CB radio is not hooked up at the moment, but works when bench tested with a 50 ohm antenna. Speaker holes in the doors are not factory, but will work. The clock bulb is out, but all the electricals work otherwise. Easy restoration, or drive as is like I have been. Hoping to find a buyer that will take good care of the truck. These old Dodges are going up in value. $500 non-refundable deposit required within 24 hours of auction close/winning bid. Winning bidder must pay remainder in cash or cashiers check at time of pickup. If paid by cashiers check, the buyer or shipper must accompany me to the bank to validate and cash prior to loading truck or title. Truck must be picked up and paid for within 7 days of auction close or the truck will be relisted and deposit kept.
