Vehicle Details 2001 Land Rover Range Rover. it currently has a severe missfire on cylinder number 3 because of low compression, This was our family vehicle for sevral years. Numerous maintenance items have been addressed. This is a project and will need work before it can be used on the road. The vehicle does run and drive and can be easily loaded. I have several of these P38 Range Rovers and currently am going through a similiar vehicle. I need a few less projects. This 2000 SE has the 4.0 V8. The Electronic Air Suspension (EAS) is fully functional. All the windows and sunroom work. The stereo had been replaced with a crappy modern mess and the last owner damaged most of the speakers. I returned it to the stock dash and radio. The speakers are still in tough shape. The body is nearly rust free and the frame is decent for being from the northeast.139K milesBad missfire and low compression. Cannot be driven home. Will need to be towedThe HVAC blend motors and climate control are working. I did not recharge the refrigerantThe ABS and Traction Control work, no speed sensor faultsThe flange from the catalatic conveertor pipe to center muffler was repaired and then I needed the repair piece. I'll try to get another Y-pipe to send along. The center mufffler is newer in in great shape. The rear mufflers are looking good.The interior trim panels seats, and carpet are in good shape. I put the pest pieces into this Rover The headline is shot. The remote key works. I only have one keyThe wheels are the 16" style common on the 4.0 SE models. The tires are nithing special and were on it when I got it.This drove well and was plenty good enough to teach my son to drive with it.I'll put a new battery in it before it leaves.More will be added as I get additonal photes and think of other things to mention.
