Vehicle description
If you are looking for an Original Classic this,is it. This 1981 Jeep CJ-7 Laredo will get lots of attention whether you go off-road or just driving around town. This Jeep still has its original factory documentation and has been well maintained in and out with regular maintenance and it presents very well. Very clean, rust-free –including the frame and sheet metal which is all original including the floor pans (small area surface rust only). The engine runs super strong and is in excellent operating condition. The transmission is fresh and is easy to shift. The body mounts were updated not to long ago. The chrome wheels are original and in good condition with BF Goodrich tires that have plenty of tread left and are the original factory size tires. The original paint and decals continue to hold upwell over the years with just normal wear from years of cleaning. There is some paint touch up on the hood and the driver rear panel. The factory hard top is in great condition (a few minor chips). The original interior is in great shape; the driver seat has one seam that split after 40years. The original exterior chrome presents well with new mirrors and hood hinges. Also new window handles were updated. If you are in the market for a quality, CJ-7 with factory documentation this is the Jeep for you. I recently acquired this for my teenage kids and me to ride around in but they cannot figure out how to drive stick and so the wife says it needs to go. This vehicle is sold as-is where-is.
