!954 Citroen 11 BL Traction Avant.
These old Citroen are becoming more collectable now. The Traction Avant is a very important Car in the 20th. Century Industrial Design Era .
It is credited as the first Uni-Body construction with no frame rails and also the first front wheel drive production car.
This Car was purchased by me from the Owner who imported the car to the US in the 1970"s. I have owned this Car since the 90"s but do not have time in the near future to work on it do to illness in the family , so it should be brought back from the dead by someone who does.
It needs complete restoration.
Body needs sandblasting. The Car is solid except for the floor in the foot well needs replacement and fender and door panel rust.
The dent in the roof is from a tree that fell on it.
The car is almost complete, but I do not have the Door and Ignition Keys.
The Motor is free, not seized . I don"t think the starter is the original , it could be from a DS model.
This car has not been in use since 1978. I have the original California Pink Slip for the car.
You would have to make all the shipping arrangements . The car can be seen in Los Angeles.
