I am the second owner of this 1997 Camaro SS. The original owner put about 1k miles a year on it in 14 years, and Ive averaged less than that since I have owned it. I am selling it because I hardly drive it and am ready to let someone else enjoy it. It is virtually all original. I recently replaced the catalytic converters with Magnaflow direct bolt on replacements because of necessity (was getting a check engine light, no welding or cutting of original exhaust). Everything works including the 10disc trunk mounted CD changer. When I bought the car, I replaced the spark plugs and wires, transmission fluid and filter, rear diff fluid, and tires. That was 9 years ago. Tires have plenty of tread but are now hard I did an oil change and brake fluid flush about a year ago. The serpentine belt was just replaced. I polished and ceramic coated the paint several years ago, water beads off the paint incredibly and its very shiny. The car has never been exposed to sun. Both myself and the original owner have kept this car in the garage or covered. The only flaw, despite being kept out of the sun is a crack on plastic dash top (shown in photos). Otherwise interior is in excellent condition, no fading, headliner perfect. Drivers seat has some slight wear. I have the original bill of sale from the first owner, owners manuals, both sets of original keys, reproductions of the window sticker and SLP addendum (from SLP), and unused original Camaro SS floormats. There is a low coolant level light on the dashboard which is most likely the result of a faulty sensor, coolant level is fine and there are no leaks. Car runs strong, has tons of torque, and the 4L60E auto transmission shifts with authority. I know I am going to regret selling this car but its time has come. Clean title in hand. Chevrolet Camaro.
