The Centennial Edition itself in general is a remarkable car - equipped with every option available to the C6 Corvette, chief amongst which include the Z06 Ultimate Performance Package with its Brembo ceramic brakes, magnetic dampers and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires, the Z06 carbon fiber package, a carbon fiber hood, and the 3LZ premium equipment group rounding things all off with heated memory sports seats, leather-covered interior, and upgraded Bose sound system. Yet all these options mean little if not incorporated on a superb-driving performance vehicle, and the C6 Z06 is exactly that even by today's lofty standards. This Z06 puts out some tremendous performance figures, with its massive 505-horsepower, 7-liter LS7 V8 driving a 3.8 second 0-60mph time, its well-tuned suspension and super-sticky race tires underpinning a lofty 1.13g skid pad output, and its massive Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes bringing occupants to an abrupt halt from 60mph in 94 feet.
