UDrive Automobiles is a family-owned, boutique car dealership located in West Chester, PA. We offer sales of hand-selected, special interest vehicles. The majority of our inventory is sourced out of the garages of private enthusiasts around the country. We look for interesting cars with low mileage, unique color combinations, high levels of equipment, and rare options. Simply put, we buy cars from enthusiasts, for enthusiasts. We purchased this 996 C4S from a local client who is very involved in the local car community. At one time, he was the President of a local PCA Chapter. To say he is a Porsche enthusiast would be a significant understatement! He had purchased the vehicle from one of his friends in June of 2020. Unfortunately, the timing chain broke shortly after he acquired the car . He had the car taken to a very well-respected Porsche Specialty facility in our area by the name of Brandywine Motorwerks. The engine was rebuilt at a cost of $12,393.12 . The invoice can be viewed in the photo section below.
New tires were installed in May of 2020.
All of our vehicles go through a 3rd party mechanical inspection/service by Leading Edge Autosport in West Chester, PA prior to being made available. The only recommendations made for this vehicle were to replace the wiper blades, complete a brake fluid flush, and replace the cabin air filter. They completed all recommendations on 5/26/21.
The 6 Speed Manual Transmission shifts flawlessly and the 3.6L 6 cylinder engine offers ample power when called upon!
