Vehicle description
Awesome E30 M3 Race Car! Have NC clear title to go with it so could be converted back to street legal if interior was reinstalled. Do not have interior parts as did not convert to race car.
Car is Rare Henna color. Was originally from Atlanta and stayed in GA until 2014 when purchased delivered to NC. Have not seen any rust and been in south entire life. The car is pretty awesome and has lot of custom features when lots of these cars were being raced in bmw club racing in the 2000s.
Interior is gutted, full roll cage, engine had top end rebuild in 2012 or so but has only been run (2-3 track days), 284/276 cams, dogleg close ratio transmission, 3.73 race diff with finned Z3 cooler, race gauges with oil temp, water temp, shift light and low oil pressure sensor, 15 gallon fuel cell, powered steering rack, race suspension, adjustable sway bars, new bushings, solid rear subframe with 3mm adjustment, weld in rear camber/castor in rear subframe, ABS still installed, detachable steering wheel, cutoff switch, electric fan. Car has been corner balanced and aligned. Weight is around 2400 w/o driver.
As it has not been raced during my ownership (sadly only one track day), the car will need a log book, new belts, center and window nets installed. Glass windows are removed but have them. Front windshield has a slight crack around the curve on passenger side (never been an issue for tech and been that way for 10 years or so). Also the transmission when it gets hot sticks and does not want to go in gear. Have another good dogleg trans that will go with the car that can be swapped in by new owner. Other gearbox can be rebuilt for a spare down the road.
Front spoiler is custom built and it very nice. Rear spoiler is evo 3 type with adjustable flap for more/less downforce. Overall the car in very nice.
Comes with extra set of stock wheels. This car is very fast and handles great. I would estimate that this car that with new rubber would run sub 2:15s at VIR full course. Please let me know if any questions/concerns or would like to see in person. Thanks for looking!
