Thank you for viewing my listing on this clean honest 1988 Mustang GT. This clean inside and out rust free example starts, runs, and drives very solid. Everything on the interior is in beautiful shape, no unusual wear or damage to note. This car has only some mild upgrades which include exhaust, intake, and some aftermarket gauges. The motor is completely stock and original to the car. This GT starts without hesitation, no smoke or noises, and sounds fantastic. It drives very straight down the road, the transmission shifts beautifully between gears. Acceleration is smooth and strong, it does not hesitate. The exhaust note is mild but appropriate to the car. The brakes stop straight without vibration, noises, or hesitation. Suspension and rest of chassis is in nice condition. This car really doesn"t need anything mechanically. The tires have plenty of tread left and the car handles nicely. The interior fabric, seats, carpet, and headliner are all in stunning condition. The interior was very well cared for. There are a pair of gauges in the center air vents which are a custom mount and could be easily removed and replaced with factory. The gauges are not connected. The seats are still firm and supportive. The rear seats appear to have never been used.
The car indicates all original vin body vin tags in place. There are some normal paint scuffs on the front and rear bumpers but nothing unexpected for the age and miles.
