The truck is a 2007 FreightlinerUtilimaster Conversion GVWR 14,700lbs - This is important! ! No special driverslicense required. Engine- 5.9L Cummins Diesel Transmission- Allison (Automatic) Generator- 8Kw Cummins OnanQuiet Generator (8HDKAU-41934R) The generator starts withthe push of a button and supplies enough power to run all the installedequipment plus any additional equipment you may need. Equipment: -Full Size Stainless Steel BeverageAirRefrigerator (23 cu/ft) - HBR23-1 -Small Stainless Steel BeverageAir Refrigerator (7 cu/ft) - WTR27A -Small Stainless Steel BeverageAir Freezer/ Fridge (6 cu/ft)- WTF27A -10.5 gallon Atwood Hot water Heater -Stainless Steel Triple Sink -Stainless Steel Handwash Sink -SureFlo Water Pump -12 gallon potable water tank -20 gal grey water tank The truck is designed well and in excellent condition. This truck was transformed into the first ever chocolate factory on wheels in 2018 by a couple in Ohio. This truck was designed to be directly connected to power and water supply or operated curbside, totally self-contained, no need for external power or water sources. This makes the truck great for day-to-day vending and a luxury at festivals or events. The 50 AMP shore power hook-up, generator exhaust, potable water fill & hook-up and the grey water dump are all located on the Drivers side (opposite from serving window). The generator is an 8000 kw Onan Quiet generator (quiet generators are required at most events) that easily starts with the push of a button. The generator is tied into the trucks fuel system and can run for days on the 40 gallon diesel tank. . I prefer this since we do not cook! Most of the trucks with cooking equipment require propane for the stoves so they are outfitted with propane generators and that requires switching out tanks and carrying extras. . just fill this trucks diesel tank up and you will be good at least 2-3 days. The exhaust for the generator was thoughtfully installed to vent all fumes away from customers and walk ways. The kitchen itself was custom built, containing the best commercial equipment, custom cabinets, triple sink, hand wash sink, under cabinet lighting, track lighting, serving window and another small window for cross ventilation. The truck is highly insulated and the A/C and heater work great. . so important! ! The truck has pull out drawers and a removable counter section for more space. The kitchen has one large refrigerator that is digitally controlled and a smaller second refrigerator and Freezer (freezer can also be a fridge w/ temp adjustment) which are stacked and can be removed. Lastly, there is a newly wired back-up camera, outside lighting for nighttime events, cab A/C, radio & heat, All the kitchen surfaces are stainless steel, easily cleaned and wipeable. The truck has passed inspections by the dept. of health in three different states without any issues. The truck has been well maintained and drives great. . we bought the truck in Asheville, NC hopped in and drove 800 miles home in 2 days. Not single issue, except that it rained most of the way! ! We love this truck and know that its the most dependable truck we could have bought, I really cant say enough about the trucks quality.
