Finished with a classic British Racing Green exterior and Tan interior. Driven 46,988 miles. Options on this TR-6 include Overdrive, Redline tires, CD player, rear boot mat and much more. This TR-6 was just purchased from the previous owner who lovingly cared for and serviced the car for the last 12 years. The 6 cylinder engine is strong and powerful and the 4-speed manual transmission with Overdrive shifts properly through all of the gears. The steering is tight and precise and the brakes feel just great. This really is a fantastic TR-6 to drive. The interior is really nice. The Tan seats are in excellent condition (see pictures) showing virtually no wear at all to either seat. The wood dashboard looks fantastic and even the carpets don"t look or feel like they have been stepped on thanks to the floor mats that have been protecting them.
The exterior is what really sets this particular 1971 TR-6 apart from the rest. The classic British Racing Green paint is in fantastic condition (see pictures) with no major dents or dings anywhere at all. The paint is bright and shiny with plenty of luster. The chrome and brightwork looks great as well. Add the optional wheels which are mounted on Michelin Redline tires and this TR-6 really does look special. The 1971 Triumph TR-6 really is the ultimate classic British roadster. It has iconic looks, great performance and a convertible top for a true open air experience. The only real "apologies" to this TR-6 are a few typical chips and nicks (see pictures) that are to be expected on any used car as well as a bit of tape adhesive on the dashboard (see pictures).
