Up for auction is a 1980 Chevrolet K10 Custom Deluxe 4X4 that I purchased from my late friends wife. He passed away a couple years ago and his truck has been sitting in his barn since 2006 in the dry climate of Eastern Washington. I brought the truck home a couple months ago. I put in a new battery and fresh gas and it fired right up. The tires were flat and rotten so I put on some other wheels that I already had. I took off the mud flaps and bug shield and washed it up. The truck runs and drives amazing. Power steering and brakes work as they should. The 5.7 V/8 motor runs strong and 4 Speed Manual transmission and clutch work excellent. The gear ratio is excellent cruising down the highway. The paint is in decent condition, would probably really shine with a buff. The grill has a broken piece in the middle. The truck offers tilt wheel, Factory AM/FM Radio and A/C. The A/C belt is off but the compressor clutch turns freely. I have driven the truck a few hundred miles and the only issue I found was a noise when pulling a hill in 4X4, might be a u-joint not really sure. This is a very hard truck to find as we all know, I have added a couple pics from the day I pulled it out of the barn. This is not a restored truck but a very good original unmolested truck.
