Vehicle description
Runs and drives, see description. NO TITLE Ebay does not allow an option to choose that particular information. Car can be inspected by your local License and Theft Bureau and given a new Vin with title. I will still check to see if I can obtain one for this one as the VIN is stamped on the Chassis from the factory. Purchased recently from out West and delivered here to North Carolina. I always provide an honest description even when it cost me as I tend to talk the condition down but no one likes bad surprises. Now due to unforeseen circumstances I have decided to sell this car, plus I would not do it justice like it deserves. The previous owner had obviously kept this car garaged until it was put up for sale. It appears he was doing everything nicely and detailed. From images online it appears this may be a Porsche engine? It appears to have a new gas tank, fuel pump, alternator, starter, Weber 2 barrel carburetor and EZ Wiring harness that is yet to be completed in wiring everything up. There is a temporary starter switch to start the car. The tires appear unused and without dry rot though probably has some years on them. I cannot tell you anything about the car besides what is visible and I know nothing about VW nor Porsche. The twin muffle Monza exhaust is bolted onto the manifolds enough for pictures, transport, and hearing what the car sounds like. I do have a VIDEO of the car running for any one convincingly serious about this car that I can text to you if you provide a phone number. It is loud and mean sounding and nothing like any VW or Porsche I have ever heard on the street. The windows are included as pictured though obviously never installed. The rear deck hinges need to be redone and enforced and the rear fiberglass shell manipulated into aligning and functioning appropriately. The door hinges may need aligning and fiberglass work to tighten up and clean up gaps and lines. Only items pictured are what comes with the car. So honestly this car still needs a lot of work to even be safely driven but it is a great start. I had already planned to put drop spindles nice wide wheels and tires and really do this car justice but I simply cannot do at this point. I am open to offers of course. Located in Greensboro, NC 27406 if you would like to come and see, and year, this car personally as I do not like to sell sight unseen.
