This vehicle is an AUTHENTIC PLATINUM model unlike other sellers who claim to have one in their description but do not.
My reputation is important, so I want you to feel comfortable and confident in your bid/purchase. I have been an active buyer/seller on Ebay since May 2000 and have a 100% perfect feedback. I will be as honest as I can in describing the vehicle to you, the potential winner/buyer. As an experienced buyer and seller of several vehicles online for personal use, I completely understand what it is like for someone who is interested in buying a vehicle online and how important it is to be as informed as possible. I want to inform the potential winner that I am not associated with any dealership, and that I am a private seller who owns this vehicle outright and has the clear title in hand.
This vehicle, new in 2010, had a sticker price of $60,535.00. I purchased this beautiful, pre-owned vehicle from Steinle Cadillac in Fremont Ohio, in January 2017 with 53,701 miles on the odometer. It was then shipped in an enclosed transport to my New Jersey residence. In the 4 years that I have owned this vehicle, I have only put less than 12,000 local miles on it.
In February 2017, I purchased a 5 year genuine GM Platinum warranty which is their best coverage that covers an incredible amount of items with a $0.00 (zero) deductible. This GM Platinum warranty is valid at any GM dealership or other mechanic of your choice until 3-18-2022, which is transferable to you, the new owner, for a transfer fee of $75.00, if you choose to continue with this warranty for the remainder of the contract.
As I always do with any pre-owned vehicle that I purchase for personal use, within a short amount of time, I had the tires, brakes, and battery replaced regardless of their current condition for vehicle safety and peace of mind. The brakes were replaced with the ceramic pads, the rotors were replaced with the cross drilled and slotted style, and the tires were replaced with All-Season Pirelli Cinturato P7s. I also replaced the battery with an ACDelco AGM battery. New OEM spark plugs and a new OEM air filter were also replaced with ACDelco parts.
After owning the vehicle for a short time, I noticed a sound coming from the front end. I then had the vehicle checked out and serviced by a certified Cadillac dealer, which led to the magnetic ride control struts and left front hub being replaced to return the vehicle to normal. There were also minor maintenance repairs that needed to be completed during the last 4 years, and I have all receipts available. In addition to these adjustments, all maintenance including all oil changes, and genuine GM parts were used during all services by a certified Cadillac dealer.
As far as the vehicle itself, it is an absolute pleasure to own and drive, and was always kept clean and well maintained.
Because there were an incredible amount of options that came standard with this vehicle and too many to mention. . please feel free to click this link for a list of equipment this vehicle has. 2010 Cadillac DTS Platinum Specs & Features Edmunds The exterior is accident free and has no dings or dents. The paint is in excellent condition but has normal chips and small scratches as any 11 year old car would. The interior is smoke free and in beautiful condition that shows below normal wear with no rips or tears in the leather seats or headliner. The dashboard gauges, Bose Centerpoint DVD navigation stereo, moonroof, heated steering wheel, lane departure system, rear automatic climate control and additional switches are all functioning perfectly. Air conditioning is ice cold with no issues at all. The high output engine is a Northstar 4.6L V8 with 292 HP that is very powerful, and is linked to a smooth shifting 4 speed transmission. The only minor issues that existed prior to my purchase and were there upon arrival from the dealership, are a small hairline crack in the wood trim on the passenger side door, small scratches on the driver"s side center console edge, and a few led lights in the third brake light that are out which is a normal inherited issue with this model vehicle. Otherwise, the car is in fantastic condition!
I took a lot of pride in owning this vehicle and spared no expense in trying to make it as perfect as I could, and the only reason why I am selling it is because I purchased a new vehicle. I welcome any and all inspections of the vehicle at my residence with open arms. This vehicle is also available to be sold locally, so actual mileage may slightly vary from the mileage in the picture.
